Monkey wants to get to the other side of the river to eat the bananas but as he makes his way across the river on a log, a crocodile captures and threatens to eat him. Using his wits, monkey figures out how to save himself from the crocodile and he even manages to get across the river to eat the bananas and safely return to his side of the river with the unwitting help of the crocodile.
